Mr. Hira Lal Kaul obtained Degree in Mechanical Engineering with merit in 1971 and Post-graduate Diploma in Project Planning Evaluation and Control in 1976. Participated in various certification courses & trainings, organized by RBI, Mumbai and MDI, New Delhi.  Started career as Production Planning in an MNC In technical collaboration with Romania for over 2 years and then served another MNC, which was an ancillary unit to reputed OEMs like Tata motors, Premier automobiles and entire defence supplies, in technical collaboration with TEX of U.K. and Hella of Germany for over 3 years. Thereafter, worked as Technical Officer in Delhi Financial Corporation for about 5 years. While in this job, prepared more than 15,000 Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports, covering almost all areas of manufacturing and service industries. Was Executive Director in a company registered with Ministry of Industrial Development , GOI for over 2 years. Executive Director for 3 years with a limited company for setting up it's plant to manufacture Aluminium extrusion with technology from Taiwan and Korea . Since last 25 years, CEO of Service International, engaged in Project and Management consultancy, including turn-key assignments, international certification like ISO 9000, 14000, CE Mark certification, UL certification, GMP and other allied fields of operation. Has developed a strong base of clients, prominent being Wipro, Luxx, Crompton and ERDA etc.
